Before joining the OSHA Phoenix LLC team, Jovanni worked as a grade checker and was always interested in learning more about safety. With his ability to be bilingual, Jovanni has been able to teach our clients the importance of having a safe work environment and has become a valuable asset to the team.
Walter first established a passion for safety when he was first hired to be the safety manager for a construction company. After many years in that role, he decided it was time to venture out and eventually created OSHA Phoenix LLC which it gave him an opportunity to help other construction companies keep their employees safe by providing the knowledge they need regarding safety on the field.
Walter Jr is the son of Walter Aguirre. Before coming to OSHA Phoenix LLC, Walter Jr graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies. With his education, he has been a valuable asset to the team in providing training to our clients such as CPR, First Aid, and AED. Walter Jr. also goes to different job sites to perform audits for our clients to ensure that they are providing a safe working environment to all employees and following OSHA standards.
